- Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after payment has been received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Before your order leaves our facility, each unit is:
- Verified to power on and power off correctly.
- Inspected for visible cosmetic condition.
- Checked to confirm that the correct product and accessories are included.
- Carefully packaged using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.
To help maintain quality control and accurate order records, the packaging process is documented. This includes recording the product inspection, packaging, shipping label application, and sealing of the package before it is released to the shipping carrier.
Our goal is to provide every customer with confidence that their order has been inspected, packaged correctly, and prepared for safe delivery.
Local Pick-Up
In Mansfield, Texas is most welcome with a scheduled appointment day and time only.

Retaining the original packaging materials may assist with any shipping damage claim.
